Delivery takes around 15 days in the United Kingdom and Europe. We apologize for this delay but international shipping methods are slower with the war and the covid. Many planes can't take off and fly normally.

Delivery is made by the local post office. Our parcels are handled by Royal Mail and DPD in the United Kingdom.

A tracking number is attached to the shipment confirmation email. This is used to track your package worldwide. To track your parcel, use the website of your national post office (for example, Royal Mail for the U.K). You will also find your tracking number in your order summary, which you receive via the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order.

Don't forget to check your spam folder (sometimes our e-mail are into spam for many reasons).

Your parcel is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the postman will leave the parcel in the letterbox or, if there is no access, you will have to collect it from your local post office. In this case, the postman will leave a notice to let you know.

If the postman don't leave any notice or don't call you, please, contact your local post ASAP with your tracking number and contact us. We'll help you !

Your package is probably delayed by U.K customs or the postman didn't found your mailbox or your place. In this case, please contact your local post / customs ASAP with your tracking number.

You need to know that you also have 60 days (from the date of shipment) to receive your order. After 60 days, you can ask for a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.

- We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

- If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may have been combined and split across multiple parcels. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.
